Lampwork Love Handmade Glass Bead

Lampwork Love Handmade Glass Bead

Did you read my post from August 1st?… Traveling Lampwork Bead Show which contains a reference to the note that I found with the bead pictured.  The note reads ’silver foil on ivory base, dark brown fused area is dark topaz, blue and green fused area is pale topaz (same glass as raised dots).  I knew that Transparent Light Brown & Straw Yellow will react with silver foil, and now I know that Transparent Yellow (I’ve always called it Pale Topaz b/c it is just above the Light Topaz Glass Chip on my chart.) will too.  The base of this bead is white, wrapped in silver foil with stringer work using the Transparent Yellow, Intense Black, and Gold Stone.
