This is one of my favorite combinations of Messy glass – Stone Ground & Peacock Green with a little handmade stringer, silvered ivory, and a bit of .999 pure silver accent. This bead is 38.5mm tall.

Wow…what a terrific color. I just can’t get enough. I used some Rocio glass in this bead. I also used a little silver foil and .999 Silver 30ga wire. I photographed this bead at different times to show the color variation.

Pretty Green Earrings
This is what happens when silver foil is applied to goldstone. I like to pull stringers and make beads from goldstone chunks because the color is more intense. I made these beads using a clear base encased with goldstone stringers then wrapped in silver foil.

Goldstone & Silver Foil
The turquoise green area is goldstone on top of silver foil. The texture is a little different than if silver foil is applied on top of goldstone. I used a crunch press to make this bead.

Topaz Pendant Lampwork Bead
This is another glass bead I made with a white base. I used the same technique I did on the heart bead below. Silver foil around a white base with Transparent Yellow stringer work and a little Intense Black. It’s so cool how the same ingredients can produce such different beads.
